Where can I find available sizes?
Available rug sizes are shown directly on each product page. Different designs may have different size selections.
Can you help me choose between a round and rectangular rug?
Yes. Round rugs work especially well beneath circular tables, accent chairs, vanities, and smaller decorative zones, while rectangular rugs are more flexible for beds, sofas, and larger seating areas.
Order & Shipping
What information should I include when asking about an order?
Please provide your order number, checkout email address, and a clear description of your question. For delivery issues, tracking information is also helpful.
Can you change my address after ordering?
Contact us as quickly as possible. We will check whether the order has entered fulfillment. Once an order is dispatched, address changes may no longer be available.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, contact us with your order number and clear photographs. Please keep the packaging and shipping label while the issue is being reviewed.
For visible transit damage, photographs of both the outer parcel and the product are especially helpful.
Color & Measurement
Textile colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, photography, daylight, and indoor lighting. Minor dimensional variations can also occur because of textile construction and manual measurement.
If you have a very specific color-matching requirement, please allow for small tonal differences between online images and the product viewed in your own space.
